- Mapping/matrix providers when you request routing based on those providers (e.g., OSRM or commercial routing APIs). In such cases, stop coordinates/addresses may be transmitted to compute matrices.
- Webhook recipients you configure, when we deliver async job results and events to your endpoint.
- Legal and safety: to comply with law, protect rights, prevent fraud, or respond to lawful requests.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
