  • Customer Data: shipment/order details, stop locations, time windows, item dimensions/weights, vehicle attributes, and constraints you submit for optimization.

  • Usage and telemetry: request metadata (timestamps, request IDs), feature flags used, performance metrics, and error logs.
  • Device and network information: IP address, user agent, and basic device identifiers.

2.3 Information from third parties

We may receive information from third-party service providers used to operate the Service (e.g., payment processors, monitoring, hosting).

  • Provide and operate the Service, including computing distance/time matrices and generating optimization Output.
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, enforce rate limits/quotas, and troubleshoot incidents.
  • Improve the Service, including model/heuristic tuning, quality evaluation, and reliability monitoring.
  • Communicate with you about updates, support, and administrative messages.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, databases, observability, messaging, email, customer support).
  • Mapping/matrix providers when you request routing based on those providers (e.g., OSRM or commercial routing APIs). In such cases, stop coordinates/addresses may be transmitted to compute matrices.
  • Webhook recipients you configure, when we deliver async job results and events to your endpoint.
  • Legal and safety: to comply with law, protect rights, prevent fraud, or respond to lawful requests.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary based on plan settings (e.g., job history, audit logs) and your configuration.
